An Inside Look at Fisheries, Aquaculture and Coastal Communities
Former Commercial Fisherman Paul Molyneaux has traveled the world researching fisheries and aquaculture. His books, The Doryman’s Reflection and Swimming in Circles, combine anecdotes with science, and examine the market forces driving the seafood industry, locally and globally.
His conclusion:
“We need a new approach to fisheries and aquaculture: one that values cultures and ecosystems as much as money.”
Paul’s next book, The Dolphin and the Prostitute, examines how that is already happening in many parts of the world.
